Modern welding technology
At Schweissen & Schneiden, EWM, a full-range supplier of welding components, will be exhibiting modern welding technology for manual welding, cobots and robotic welding cells as well as other automation solutions.
Efficient and reliable automation solutions guarantee consistently high and reproducible product quality. The XQbot cobot welding cells with the integrated CRX robot from Fanuc are an entry-level solution for the production of small and very small series. This is comparable to an industrial robot in terms of precision, repeat accuracy and stability and ensures high weld seam quality. EWM customers can also choose from complete modular automation systems that are based on standard components but can be individually configured. At the trade fair, the company will also be presenting a sophisticated robot solution for the TIG welding process forceTig. With its concentrated arc, this joining process enables a high energy density in the weld pool and maximum welding speeds.
