Many new functions
Jumo has expanded the functional scope of the Dicon touch process and program controller with numerous new features. Comprehensive regulation and control tasks can be implemented via 4 instead of the previous 2 control channels.
Up to 4 freely editable process screens enable individual visualizations, quick access to process statuses and simple, clear operation.
With the functional extension to 16 math and logic formulas and four timers, the Dicon touch offers the right solution even for complex applications. Even extensive time-controlled processes can be flexibly implemented in the new version via 32 user programs and 16 control contacts. The integrated recording function also offers sustainable and tamper-proof data acquisition of 8 analog and 16 digital values.
With the control algorithm, the modular design and the communication options via the USB host, USB device, RS422/485 Modbus master or slave, Profibus DP, Ethernet and Profinet IO device interfaces, the controller can be individually adapted to the respective requirements.
