Machine control with widescreen
Digitalization also has an impact on hardware. More information requires more display space on the screen of a machine control system.
This is one of the reasons whyHeidenhain offers the TNC 640 with 24-inch widescreen and Extended Workspace Compact. With the help of a split screen, the operator can display two workspaces simultaneously. Thanks to multi-touch operation, jobs can be organized completely digitally and directly on the control via the screen.
Other applications such as e-mails or PDF files with design drawings can be displayed in parallel to the control screen.
