Comau: Berger Positec takes over sales and service in Austria
Automation specialist Comau is further expanding its distributor network in Europe with Berger Positec GmbH. Since January 2018, the Vienna-based company has been responsible for the sales and service of all Comau Robotics products in Austria.
Berger Positec has been selling positioning and automation solutions as well as series products for more than 30 years. The company's portfolio covers the areas of control, regulation and movement and is now being expanded to include the Comau robot range with payloads from 3 to 650 kg as well as laser sources, driverless transport systems and welding guns.
"We are delighted to have gained such a suitable partner to support our Austrian customers. Berger Positec is very experienced and guarantees our customers short response times and top support," explains Tobias Daniel, Head of Sales and Marketing at Comau Robotics and Automation Products. kp
