Asyril, the Swiss manufacturer of innovative 3-axis vibratory parts feeding systems, presents its new Eye+ smart control system.
Eye+ is the intelligence between the Asycube and the robot. It controls the feed container, the Asycube, the camera and the robot via a web-based interface, the Eye+ Studio. The interface can also be used to easily configure the vision system, perform hand-eye calibration, change recipes and program new parts.
The plug-and-play system, consisting of a compact controller, a high-resolution camera and a calibration board, optimizes the performance of the Asycube with integrated image processing based on artificial intelligence. This easy-to-use system is easy to integrate into any Asycube or industrial robot and requires no prior knowledge of machine vision.
