Workpiece clamping
Digital and future-oriented
At AMB, Schunk will be demonstrating how metalworking processes can be made more efficient, flexible and sustainable. With the new KRP3 centric clamp, the stationary Tandem3 modular system now has a further component for flexible workpiece clamping.
This means that round workpieces can now also be clamped automatically and reliably from the outside and inside in confined spaces. It can be quickly and easily mounted on the Vero-S zero point clamping system using bracket plates. The power clamping block is also available in hydraulic, spring-loaded and electric versions.
The new MTB application kits offer a convenient automation approach for anyone planning a cost-effective entry into the partial automation of their machine tool with a cobot. The included grippers and power clamps are adapted to metal-cutting machining.
