Destaco presents the 92W electric power clamps. They work without compressed air and reduce energy consumption andCO2 emissions.
There is no need for wasteful compressed air lines and pneumatic equipment. The integrated intelligence reduces the need for additional components, as these provide essential data for process optimization even without external sensors. These values enable all production parameters to be adjusted during installation. During subsequent operation, the key figures are used to analyze the process quality.
The control of the electric clamps is decentralized and attached directly to the production devices, which reduces cable lengths and cabling costs. This allows automation functions to be implemented completely decentrally. The 92W power clamps help users to convert their production from pneumatics to electrics.
