Tox Pressotechnik was already represented in the Czech Republic and Mexico, albeit under the leadership of the main German plant and the subsidiary in the USA. With the launch of the new wholly-owned subsidiaries in Mexico on January 1, 2018 and in the Czech Republic on July 1, 2018, the company's Worldwide Sales and Service Network is now being further expanded. This means that the specialist for drive, press and connection technology is now present in 20 countries with its own competence centers and branches and in more than 20 countries with representatives.

Founded in 1978, the group of companies now employs more than 1,300 people. With three complementary divisions, the company is successful worldwide in the metalworking industry. The Components division comprises pneumohydraulic and electromechanical drives, control systems and software. The press program and manual, machine and robot tongs form the Systems division. In addition to clinching, riveting and functional element technologies, assembly and testing processes are also offered.

The Czech subsidiary, which also serves the Slovakian market, will also act as an "extended workbench" for the German plant over the next few years to ensure the necessary production capacities. Currently, 15 employees already work at the new Saltillo site in northern Mexico and 15 at the Brno site in the Czech Republic. With the decentralization, Tox Pressotechnik wants to guarantee practical market proximity and thus customer proximity. And the decentralized production ensures prompt delivery and supply on site. as
