Tool tower
Tool as if from hand to hand
With the Rotarex tool tower, Bedrunka+Hirth presents a rotating storage technology for CNC tools. At the heart of the process optimization is a column made of precision steel tubing, around the axis of which plate-like CNC carrier plates can be rotated, which are held at the desired height by a grid system.
For the most common tools, positioning at eye level or arm's length is automatically recommended, always with a view to the large number of different versions and the resulting needs-based tool selection. The Rotarex manufacturer promises that turning the Rotarex to the hand at hand on the front makes it easier to remove and return the tool.
In terms of handling technology, the special locks at 90 degrees are also advantageous, as is the almost frictionless horizontal movement sequence, which is effective even at maximum load thanks to a special ball bearing guide. Further operating advantages should result from the equipment variants, such as the electrically driven roller shutter with remote control for opening and closing a dust-free and secure placement. as
