The Asycube for medium-sized parts is here

The Asycube 380 complements the Asyril product range. The new device lies between the Asycube 240 and the Asycube 530 and covers the increasing demand for flexible separation of parts in the range between 15 and 60 millimetres.

The Asycube 380 is a compact device designed for feeding parts from 15 to 60 millimetres. The size of the vibrating plate is 354 by 325 millimetres, which means that larger components can be separated than on the Asycube 240 and at the same time it is smaller than the Asycube 530.

The Asycube 380 is compatible with the Smartsight image recognition system and the three-axis vibration technology is designed to ensure wear-free and reliable operation.

The manufacturer points out the following advantages: The feeding of a large number of different parts is guaranteed due to the customizable parameters to the respective product. In addition, the parts can be pre-oriented using part-specific vibration platforms, which in many cases makes removal quicker and easier. This often means that a simpler and more cost-effective robot can be used (such as a Scara 4-axis robot instead of a 6-axis robot). In addition, it is possible to move the parts in any direction on the vibrating plate, which can prevent the parts from being on the less accessible edges.

To make the product even more flexible, the new Asycube has been equipped with an ergonomic system that enables the vibratory plates to be changed easily, quickly and without tools, says Asyril. As a result, downtimes can be further reduced when changing production to another product. The Asycube 380 is available immediately with a delivery time of two to four weeks. as
