Support arm system for ergonomic workstations

Rose is currently working intensively on ergonomic solutions for the HMI sector. In Hanover, the company is presenting, among other things, the height-adjustable GTV light support arm system for smaller loads: this allows panels on machines or systems to be quickly and easily adapted to the needs of the respective operator during multi-shift operation. The GTV light also makes lengthy programming processes more comfortable, as the user can carry them out while standing or sitting. The compact height adjustment system is particularly suitable for use on tooling, packaging or printing machines as well as in automotive production, assembly automation or process monitoring.

Protection in harsh environments

Another trade fair highlight is the Aluformplus aluminum enclosure. "This product family is a further development of our previous die-cast aluminum enclosures. It impresses above all with its elegant design and is ideal for applications in visible areas," reports Sales Manager Heiko Felsmann from Rose. The robust industrial enclosures have a high-quality material alloy and comply with protection class IP66. They offer an impact resistance of seven joules in accordance with EN 60079-0 and reliably protect their built-in components against dust and strong water jets in harsh industrial environments.

"Another advantage of the aluminum enclosures is the connection of the lid and base with integrated hinges," continues Felsmann. "This allows technicians to work comfortably on the electronics and no parts can get lost." Rose also offers its customers the option of designing the aluminum enclosures in CI colors. In addition, the enclosure specialist has options for mechanical processing, assembly and surface finishing of all products at its plant in Porta Westfalica and can therefore offer not only off-the-shelf industrial enclosures, but also individual special solutions - even from a batch size of one. as
