Simply put together your desired workstation

Minitec's online configurator makes it easier to design individual workstations. Users can put together a tailor-made workstation and accessories in just a few steps.

Minitec specializes in ergonomic workstations that are based on a modular system and can be supplemented with a worker assistance system. The workstations are suitable for use in industry or in workshops for the disabled - for different areas of application from assembly to order picking, testing or packaging through to the classic office environment. A new online configurator makes it much easier to design and order individual workstations.

The basis is the Minitec modular profile system and a comprehensive range of accessories. There are almost unlimited possibilities for individual configuration - for example height adjustment, gantry structure, lighting, tool holding plates, base cabinets or other add-on parts. As the selection of a workstation or its configuration is always based on the task and the personal profile of the user, the design is always different and adapted to the user. Minitec has ensured that the configuration is easy and intuitive to use. The user is guided step by step through the configuration of his workstation. They do not need any Minitec product knowledge, but can concentrate fully on their usage requirements. Starting with the definition of the basic frame with the parameters dimensions, height adjustment, portal and ESD capability, the configurator continues with the table top, base cabinet, lighting, storage console, monitor holder and tool holder plate. Each selection is directly visible in the preview - in 3D view and with the option to rotate the design as required.

Plausibility and error check included

The positioning of many add-on parts can be moved freely until it meets the user's requirements. During the process, only those options that make sense are displayed. The design is also checked for plausibility. Errors are marked in the preview - and only after they have been rectified can the workstation be placed in the shopping cart and requested. Another practical feature for the user is the option to access all previously generated designs. Variations of existing designs are easy to derive.

In combination with the Minitec Smart Assist worker assistance system, companies have additional options for interactive employee support; this helps to optimize assembly processes. The configurator is available for use on the Minitec website.
