Thanks to integrated axis control and precise torque control, programming the new screwdriver is easier than with comparable modular screwdriving systems. Users first enter the screw length and the required torque via the teach pendant of the respective robot arm. The screwdriver then uses the two intelligent features to automatically calculate the speed and force it needs to screw accurately. If the screw length is incorrect, the Screwdriver automatically detects the error. This helps users to minimize production errors and increase their product quality.

The constant force with which the screwdriver screws in screws also ensures optimum results. By speeding up assembly processes, the screwdriver also increases productivity.
