Certified mounting bracket for ultrasonic sensors
The hygienic mounting bracket developed by PIL specifically for the P53 ultrasonic sensors has been certified in accordance with EHEDG guidelines. The bracket, which consists of two half-shells that can be screwed together, each with an opening for one of the sensor ends, securely fixes the sensor in wall holes or housing openings.
When the halves are screwed together, the aperture seals made of food-safe silicone 70/101, which complies with FDA approval requirements, are pressed onto the conically shaped sensor ends and seal the gap between the sensor and mounting bracket reliably and hygienically. With the steel head models of the P53 series and the associated mounting bracket in EHEDG-compliant design, PIL is one of the few manufacturers of robust ultrasonic sensors that are suitable for use in hygienic applications without restriction. as
