BMF has added the robot-controlled parts magazine to its compressed air-free blasting systems. The magazine is available for the Twister and Tornado automated blasting systems.

Depending on the part size and expansion stage, a capacity of 60 to 500 places is available. By using the UR 10 robot from Universal Robots, additional processes such as measuring, laser marking or packaging can be integrated into the workflow. The productivity of the blasting system can also be increased by using the Job Manager, which controls the blasting systems and ensures that all components are processed with the required surface quality. This means that employees can be deployed for other tasks and the systems can also operate fully automatically 24 hours a day. as
