Luminaire saves 50 percent on operating costs
Regiolux has added the Pirola LED luminaire to its range for lighting damp rooms. The robust design has an IP65 protection rating for safe operation and is also suitable for networking in the IoT.
According to the manufacturer, the moisture-proof luminaire is quick to install and offers intelligent sensor technology - which can also be retrofitted - for presence and daylight-dependent switching for economical and needs-based lighting.
With an efficiency of up to 150 lm/W, savings in operating costs of more than 50 percent are possible. Optimum thermal management for the LED modules and a high-performance diffuser ensure a long service life and good lighting conditions. Compact in size and sealed against dust and splash water, the luminaire is suitable for rooms with increased protection requirements in industry, catering and administration such as sanitary areas, commercial kitchens, cold rooms, warehouses, production, parking garages or workshops. It also has a high impact resistance of IK08. The luminaire can be used as a surface-mounted wall and ceiling luminaire as well as for pendant and trunking mounting. as
