Planning with VR
R3DT offers a virtual reality tool for industrial engineering. The technology is used throughout the entire planning process. Use cases include work and assembly planning, including ergonomics testing, factory layout planning, product development, special machinery and plant engineering as well as technical purchasing and sales.
Especially in early planning phases, virtual prototypes help to avoid errors that would otherwise be difficult to identify. The development and planning phases are also shortened. Elaborate mock-ups and real prototypes become superfluous. R3DT's VR tool can be started and operated by users themselves in just a few minutes. Anyone can automatically generate virtual prototypes from 3D CAD data at the touch of a button. Immediately afterwards, you can use VR glasses and your bare hands (instead of controllers) to work virtually on planned workstations, production lines or machines or present them in 360 degrees. as
