Uryu has introduced many innovations to its impulse nutrunners, taking into account ergonomic aspects for high productivity in assembly. The screwdrivers in the UAT/UA and ULT/UL series are lightweight and powerful.

According to Uryu partner Mint, these screwdrivers are also the first choice in terms of ergonomics and precision. Poor weight distribution in particular can permanently bend the worker's wrist towards the spoke and expose certain musculoskeletal structures to prolonged static stress. Vibrations can also damage the neuro-vascular system of the hand. The "auto relief" valve regulates the bypass between chambers with high and low oil pressure. In conventional pulse cells, this bypass is fixed. This means that the pressure is equalized regardless of the position of the screw connection.

The "auto-relief" valve now regulates the pressure equalization depending on the screwing process. This enables an ideal increase in the torque curve and low kickback losses, which are generated with each pulse. This allows the pulse cell to continue turning faster and generate the next pulse. The pulses move closer together and the overall tightening time is shorter. The valve is used in the UAT, UA and UDBP-TA series models. The handles and starters of the new generation have been designed with a natural and comfortable hand position in mind. as
