Telescopic arm supplies assembly lines
Losyco now offers a new type of telescopic energy supply system for cross-station media supply.
The manufacturer's Loxrail rail system makes it easier for machine and plant manufacturers to efficiently streamline production processes using cycle production methods. For a cross-station media supply, the company now also offers the option of an innovative telescopic energy supply system, which can be used to supply compressed air, electricity or cooling water across several assembly stations, for example. This eliminates the need to interrupt the media supply during cycle changes.
At the same time, the continuous media supply makes it possible to test machine and system parts directly at the assembly station. The telescopic arm, which can be installed above the production line, can be controlled electrically and covers a radius of 11.5 meters. The hoses and cables routed over it increase safety in the assembly process. The feed lines are protected against damage and do not themselves represent a potential tripping hazard in the production area. dsc
