Workstation system
Avero brings help from the robot
Bott shows possible applications of the Avero workstation system for semi-automated manual assembly.
The Avero workstation system can be flexibly adapted to changing manual assembly requirements, just like a modular system. The working height and shelves can be adjusted as required without tools. Together with its cooperation partners Armbruster Engineering and Faude Automatisierungstechnik, Bott is presenting new possibilities in manual assembly.
A mobile robot arm at the Avero workstation is controlled via the Elam system from Armbruster. This new system for manual assembly primarily offers advantages for relieving the strain on employees. The collaborative robot provides support in screwdriving applications whenever particularly uniform and tiring tasks have to be carried out. Depending on the production process, the mobile robot arm can be called in for certain batch sizes if required.
The Avero assembly systems at Motek have screens for visualizing assembly instructions, pick-by-light and pick-by-voice systems for picking parts. This allows work processes to be implemented using picking instructions via headphones and confirmation by voice input. as
