Minitec is exhibiting a manual workstation with a modular assistance system for worker guidance for Industry 4.0 at Motek.

The assistance system offers image processing and a projection system to guide the worker. He is shown how to install the top-hat rail components in the correct sequence and direction of rotation. The parallel quality control using image processing ensures correct positioning during assembly.

The company also demonstrates how compact yet powerful systems can be designed with its RMS roller assembly system in combination with a robot cell and an integrated manual workstation.

On the compact system, copper tubes are conveyed to the robot cell and processed by a robot arm with a welding torch. The copper tubes reach the processing station optimally positioned on the workpiece carriers and are then conveyed to the manual workstation for further processing. A lift for conveying to further levels, a turning station, an enclosure and a lifting door from the Minitec modular system are also integrated into the system. as
