3D printers from Igus can now also produce components with different filaments and thus combine different material properties. This makes it possible to produce components that require both rigidity and wear resistance.
In order to help additive manufacturing technology achieve a breakthrough in industry, new, robust and wear-resistant printing materials will be required in addition to high-performance 3D printers in the future.

With Luvocom 3F Filament, the Lehvoss Group is presenting its own range of 3D printing filaments at this year's Formnext. Four products are offered based on the polymers PAHT and PET, two of which are carbon fiber-reinforced variants.
While Kullen-Koti's brush plate systems are part of the basic equipment of many sheet metal processing machines and systems, the company's satin finishing brushes are used in many disciplines of mechanical surface treatment of sheet metal products. Both types of brushes and both areas of application are the focus of Kullen-Koti's presence at this year's Blechexpo.

Kullen-Koti is exhibiting a comprehensive portfolio of brushes for deburring metal workpieces at EMO Hannover. Brush deburring does not require chemicals or the application of thermal energy and is suitable for burrs up to 0.2 mm high.
Cables, wires, fiber optics, wires, superconductors or filaments for 3D printers - everything is wound onto spools. It is important that the spools are designed in such a way that they are stable, precise and gentle on the winding material during the winding process.
Relocating machinery and equipment from South East Asia to Germany is a highly complex and demanding task. The specialist for industrial services and maintenance, Wisag, has taken on this task in the case of a complete assembly line.

Stratasys has introduced a partner program for material production for its FDM technology. Solvay is now the first manufacturer to develop filaments for the F900 3D printer.

Igus has now developed a filament made of the material Iglidur J350 in order to be able to quickly replace wear parts for applications in the high-temperature range. The filament can be processed within a very short time using a high-temperature 3D printer.
