Hot runner controller
With connection for RFID reader
Meusburger presents the profiTemp+ hot runner controller with additional functions. With the connection for an RFID reader, it is suitable for Industry 4.0 applications. The Setup Assistant also makes it easier to set up the controller. Euromap 82.2 will also be fully supported in the future.
Hot runner moulds are identified and localized without contact via the RFID reader. To ensure consistent part quality, the appropriate setting parameters are loaded fully automatically. In addition, production has the option of freely selecting one of the injection molding machines if the tool data is managed centrally on the tool server. Quality-relevant data is recorded and saved centrally. Existing tools can be retrofitted. The Setup Assistant suggests the correct setting parameters to the operator.
