Highly polished surfaces

The Multimount-TM weigh modules from Mettler Toledo ensure the necessary hygiene, ease of use and accuracy for processes in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The SWB805 module is certified according to the current guidelines of the European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG) and the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF).

It offers a fully integrated weighing solution that reduces the risk of contamination and meets current hygiene standards. At the same time, it increases processing efficiency in industrial applications. The bellows protect against contamination and damage and do not need to be opened for installation. The surfaces are highly polished; the water can drain off independently. These weigh modules are available in various capacities from 110 to 4,400 kilograms and are suitable for a wide range of applications.

One of the most important advantages is, of course, the reliable weighing performance regardless of the orientation, which makes integration into existing systems easy. Users can choose between stainless steel of the particularly resistant 304 and 316 grades for the housing surfaces; such stainless steel load cells offer optimum ingress protection in accordance with IP68 and IP69k. pb
