Transmitter with Ethernet interface

Via Ethernet into the network

EE310 Humidity and temperature transducer (wall mounting)

E+E Elektronik is now offering its EE310 humidity/temperature and EE360 humidity in oil transmitters with an Ethernet interface (Modbus TCP). This means that the transmitters can now also be integrated into a network via Ethernet as an alternative to the already available RS485 interface (Modbus RTU).

The EE310 and EE360 belong to the latest generation of industrial transmitters from the Austrian measuring device manufacturer. A multifunctional 3.5" TFT color display provides a comprehensive overview of the measuring task and offers the user direct access to the device settings. The display also has a data logger function for seamless recording of up to 20,000 measured values per measured variable.

The measurement data is output to two current or voltage outputs as standard. The devices are optionally available with an RS485 interface with Modbus RTU or an Ethernet interface with Modbus TCP protocol. The interface settings can be made with the freely available configuration software from a PC or directly on the device via the display and pushbuttons. The Ethernet module enables a direct power supply via "Power over Ethernet" (PoE). For the network connection, the module has an RJ45 plug with IP65 protection. Both interface modules can be retrofitted at any time.

EE310 Humidity/temperature transmitter

The EE310 measures relative humidity and temperature and calculates dew point temperature, frost point temperature, wet bulb temperature, water vapor partial pressure, mixing ratio, absolute humidity and specific enthalpy. The measuring transducer is available as a wall-mounted or duct version and with various remote sensors. The remote sensors can be used up to 180 °C and in a pressure-tight version up to 20 bar. The sensors are also available as plug-in versions for quick sensor replacement.

EE360 Moisture in oil transducer

The EE360 is used to monitor the moisture content in hydraulic, lubricating and insulating oils as well as in diesel fuel. The device measures water activity (aw) and temperature (T) and calculates the absolute water content (x) in ppm. The stainless steel sensor can be installed directly in the pipe using an ISO or NPT thread. The pressure-tight compression fitting allows easy adjustment of the immersion depth. With the optional ball valve, installation and removal is even possible without interrupting operation.

The robust IP65 polycarbonate housing has a modular design to facilitate installation and maintenance of the transmitters. When servicing is required, the upper housing section with the measuring electronics and sensor connections can be easily removed and replaced. The lower part of the housing with the electrical connections remains unaffected. kp
