Tests with extreme accuracy
Mitutoyo is expanding its range of hardness testers with the HR-600 system, which performs fully automatic Rockwell, Brinell and plastic measurements as well as Brinell and Vickers depth tests.
It is available in two versions with different test force ranges, and with the user-friendly system for production environments, there is no need for highly trained measuring personnel. The HR-600 measures workpieces of any size that fit on the measuring table, up to a total mass of 100 kg. The user can choose between a version for manual loading and a model with a cross table. The latter enables series testing as well as the use of loading systems such as robots or palletizing with high test throughput. Different size configurations up to X = 300 mm and Y = 160 mm are available.
