At SPS 2023, Sick presented itself as a solution provider and value-adding partner in a number of core industries.

The portfolio ranged from smart sensors for factory automation, intralogistics and safety technology to vision solutions for the production of high-voltage storage systems for electric vehicles and smart services for compressed air monitoring and their integration into energy management systems. Thanks to the six clusters Automotive & Electronics, Consumer & Logistics, Industrial Robots, Machines & Motion, Mobile Platforms and Transparency, visitors to the stand were provided with precise information on individual challenges. The DT80 distance sensor with IO-Link for maximum precision even over long distances was shown as a product example. With its properties, the DT80 opens up new stationary and mobile application areas in various industries.
