Heidenhain offers measuring devices with a variety of interfaces.
The angle measurement modules in the MRP 8000 series combine high-resolution measurement technology with a resilient bearing. The system solution for high-precision rotary axes replaces the customer's bearing and remains unaffected by eccentric tilting loads. In addition, the angle measurement modules are delivered to the machine manufacturer as a finished assembly with specified and defined properties. This eliminates all critical assembly processes during installation. With the ERP 1000 modular angle encoders, the focus was on flexible integration into the overall system and the robustness of the measured value acquisition. The devices are particularly suitable for applications that require constant speed control or high position stability at standstill.
