Measuring systems for difficult installation conditions

Users often reach their limits when looking for an analysis system that can measure with high precision under extreme conditions and directly in the process. Sensotech has specialized in solving such measurement tasks.

As every industry has its own requirements, Sensotech has a wide range of solutions that are used for special applications. In the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, for example, space-saving and robust inline analysis devices are in demand. Liquisonic Ex sensors are now also available with a narrower cross-section to solve these applications in mostly potentially explosive areas. Thanks to the free choice of installation length, material and process connection, the user can find a solution for almost any installation location - even in confined spaces such as additional tank installations or when existing nozzles have to be used. The sensors are FM, ATEX, IECEx and NEPSI certified.

The maintenance-free Liquisonic sensors record the absolute speed of sound, a traceable and proven physical quantity, as well as the temperature and use this to determine high-precision, temperature-compensated values. Under harsh environmental conditions, such as in offshore areas with a permanently salty atmosphere, a special electronics housing made of stainless steel has been developed to meet the increased corrosion resistance requirements. Conventional painted aluminum housings are not always permitted here. In addition, the housings can be installed separately from the Liquisonic sensor - a space-saving solution. This housing model is suitable for customers with difficult installation conditions, particularly in the chemical, offshore, mining and semiconductor sectors. as
