Near infrared cameras
Looking into the profile and through glass
With the cooled near-infrared cameras of the A6260 series, Flir has two cameras in its range that are suitable for laser profile detection, inspection of silicon wafers and the infrared view through glass and applied layers of paint.
The A6261 is a fully featured SWIR camera that is flexible and versatile as users can configure camera settings such as frame rate, integration time and window size to suit their needs and requirements. The A6261 has been specially optimized for the IR shortwave spectrum (SWIR) in the wavelength range of 0.9-1.7 microns, making it suitable for applications such as laser profile detection and silicon wafer inspection. Its sensor enables an amplification factor of up to 75x.
The A6262 has very special properties with its spectral range of 0.6-1.7 micrometers, which not only covers the infrared short-wave spectrum (SWIR), but has also been extended into the visual range at 600 nanometers. For example, the camera enables a view through glass, through applied layers of paint, in the food sector through the top layer of fruit (skin) or in medical operations sometimes through blood directly onto the tissue. as
