Leak tester

Checks the density

The Cetatest 825 leak tester is a member of the fourth generation of differential pressure testers and has a number of new features. The housing in four height units has a new design and an integrated seven-inch touchscreen with an intuitive user interface.

In addition to the usual industrial interfaces, there are various bidirectional, wireless connections (Bluetooth, WLAN, NFC). A Ceta app for tablets and smartphones will be available shortly. © CETA test systems

Operation is either via the touchscreen or the dual jog dial. Separate start/stop buttons ensure operating safety even in harsh industrial environments. According to the manufacturer Ceta Testsysteme, a version with a remote control panel for integration into a test bench is in preparation. By combining the advantages of a real-time capable micro-controller system for measured value processing and an industrial PC architecture, there are various options for expanding the functionality of the device. For example, additional test phases can be flexibly configured. The integration of external sensors, for example for temperature measurement, enables event-driven adaptation of the test process.

User-oriented functionalities support the setup of the tester, for example when switching to other measuring units. The ring memory enables the storage of more than one million measured values. A total of 256 test programs are available. pb
