With the manually adjustable incremental fine probe IKF100D with integrated display unit, Feinmess Suhl is expanding its IKF series of vertical length measuring systems with an economical variant for the precise measurement of plug gauges, test pins and balls. The production-oriented, compact solution is also suitable for use in laboratories.
The manually adjustable 100 mm fine probe is equipped with the directly mounted PU26 display unit with a resolution of 0.1 µm. It visualizes the measurement results of the length measurement of workpieces, test specimens, measuring pins or gauge blocks and serves as an interface for further processing of the collected data on the PC. The interface and visualization software FMS-View is included in the scope of delivery. The incremental fine probe works on the basis of an opto-electronic measuring system. A prismatic roller guide with scale is mounted on the base body. The system accuracy is < 0.3 µm.
