ACE online store: Over 4,500 products with configurators and calculation tools

After the start-up phase, ACE Stoßdämpfer GmbH has now launched the improved online store. All elements of ACE Stoßdämpfer GmbH's online offering have been conceptually combined here: Commercial customers can choose from more than 4,500 products for their design solutions on the http://www.ace-ace.de homepage and can also use the configurators and calculation tools at any time to find and order the ideal machine elements. Whether, for example, calculating, selecting and ordering gas springs for industrial applications or the simple calculation of vibration dampers for machine bearings, these 'Self Selection Services' from ACE support and expand the existing sales and service channels by being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Thanks to the intuitive store software, customers can see the list price, quantity discounts and product availability directly on the website. When new customers place their first order, their user account is created directly via the check-out and they are then sent the dial-in data for further use by e-mail. Existing customers receive the activation of their customer accounts along with their own conditions and delivery addresses after a simple notification by e-mail via [email protected]. All relevant data is then briefly compared in dialog and supplemented if necessary. From then on, all necessary functions, discounts and information will be available to existing customers.
