Modular inline flow meter for compressed air monitoring

The use of flow meters to measure compressed air consumption creates cost transparency and helps to reduce energy costs for compressed air generation. With the EE741 inline flow meter from E+E Elektronik, the consumption of compressed air and other gases can be precisely measured and monitored.

For pipe diameters DN15 to DN50
The modular EE741 consists of the measuring transducer with E+E flow sensor and a matching stainless steel or aluminum measuring block. Measuring blocks for DN15, DN20, DN25 and DN32, DN40, DN50 allow the flow meter to be used for small to medium pipe diameters.

Simple installation and removal
Once the measuring block has been installed at the desired measuring point, the EE741 can be removed and reinstalled at any time without having to cut open the pipe again. This makes regular calibration possible without any problems. It also allows the temporary use of a single device at different measuring points.

Further advantages

  • Highly accurate, long-term stable thermal measuring principle
  • Optional LC display
  • Application-oriented multi-point adjustment ex works
  • Integrated consumption meter
  • Analog outputs, Modbus RTU or M-Bus interface
