Customer solves vibration problem with ACE online tool within a very short time
A recent case from the field of automation: In the medical technology sector, a customer uses a bowl feeder for pre-sorting, organizing, conveying and supplying parts. During operation, vibrations occur that lead to an unpleasant humming sound. This is due to vibrations caused by the bowl feeder, which are transmitted to an aluminum frame in which it is mounted. After entering some key data such as the existing mass of 212 kg, an excitation frequency of 100 Hz and the support points, the user of the bowl feeder was able to find the right solution in just a few minutes. In this case, four vibration isolators of the type Hard Bell Mounts CM-VSC2-10-M10 exceed the customer's desired vibration isolation of 90 percent and reliably decouple the vibration source.
