In addition to the task of automated loading and unloading of machine tools, other processes such as cleaning, measuring, reading or writing a workpiece ID and ejecting nio parts can be integrated into the automation cell.

Due to the modular concept and the optional use of buffer segments, it is possible to operate the system unmanned over a longer period of time and thus realize a long autonomous operation of the entire system.

Thanks to a sophisticated safety concept, the automation cell can be loaded parallel to production, which significantly increases the productivity of the machine tool.
