Keeping non-slip surfaces clean

In oil-smeared, wet and dusty work areas, tread pads that meet the strict R13 standard are considered the measure of all things. They meet the strict requirements of the highest rating group for slip resistance and ensure a safe step and comfortable footing - provided that the rough surfaces are also kept clean in practice. This is because dirt is particularly stubborn here and can hardly be removed using the conventional method of cleaning with a bucket, cloth and brush.

"R13 floor coverings have set a whole new benchmark for safety in sensitive areas. But what use are such achievements if they get dirty in day-to-day operations and cannot fulfill their actual purpose? Cleaned surfaces dry again immediately

The Blue Evolution S+ and Blue Evolution XL+ work with an output of up to 7,200 watts, a steam pressure of up to 12.0 bar and dry steam at up to 180 degrees, which removes even stubborn dirt without leaving any residue. The multifunctional appliances perform four steps in one - steaming, mopping, vacuuming and killing germs - and do not require any cleaning agents. Another advantage in practice: as the loosened dirt is vacuumed up immediately, the surfaces are dry again in no time at all after cleaning and can be walked on without the risk of slipping.

The Blue Evolution range achieves an extremely high level of cleaning, which is scientifically proven: the steam suction systems not only meet the strict HACCP standard, but also impress across the board in the 4-field test. They kill 99.9 percent of germs and bacteria and also effectively inactivate viruses. This is particularly important when cleaning contact surfaces such as door handles and machine control surfaces or in social and sanitary rooms in companies. Here, the Blue Evolution S+ and Blue Evolution XL+ also score points with their UVC blue light filter, which kills germs and bacteria absorbed in the water filter. This means that the room air is also cleaned during each cleaning process.

Extended steam and suction range

The Blue Evolution series is optionally available with an eight-metre hose, which has been specially developed for industrial use and greatly extends the steam and suction range. "This is very helpful, especially when it comes to cleaning large systems. The longer hose makes it easy to work on several levels without having to transport the entire appliance," says Robert Wiedemann. Optionally, the steam suction systems can also be supplied with a ten-metre hose and a special steam spray lance, for example for cleaning large threads or hard-to-reach corners and edges.
