Andreas Mühlbauer,

Modular production line

Bott is presenting the Avero workstation system at Automatica. The company will be showing an Avero production line and individual workstations. The system is designed to ensure efficiency, ergonomics and quality at the workplace.

The Avero production line with monitor holder and BottBoxes for supplying the material.

It is very versatile and can be flexibly adapted to the ever-changing requirements of manual assembly, just like a modular system. The working height and shelves at the workstation can be adjusted as required without tools. This supports an ergonomically favorable posture and protects the health of the employee. Swivel frames position tools and materials in the outer gripping areas to the left and right of the employee over a large area. Perfo tool holders and BottBoxes organize tools and materials at the workstation. On request, the workstation system is also available in an ESD version for processing microelectronic components. This protects against uncontrolled electrostatic discharges.

Together with its cooperation partner Armbruster Engineering, Bott will be demonstrating an assembly system with employee guidance via on-screen instructions and a pick-to-light system. Armbruster uses the Avero assembly line to show how efficient work processes and a productive workflow can be implemented.
