Sumitomo Hungary with new Managing Director
The new Managing Director of Sumitomo (SHI) Demag Plastics Machinery Hungária Kft is Jozsef Nemes with immediate effect. He succeeds Andras Borszeki, who had headed the Hungarian subsidiary of Sumitomo (SHI) Demag Plastics Machinery GmbH since its foundation in 2015.
Nemes, a qualified mechanical engineer, is moving from an Austrian injection molding machine manufacturer to Sumitomo (SHI) Demag Hungary. Nemes has been working in the plastics industry for 12 years, which has given him extensive experience in the areas of quality management and production, among others. In his new position, Nemes will contribute his know-how in the automation of injection molding processes and application technology at Sumitomo (SHI) Demag.
"With Jozsef Nemes, we have gained a recognized expert for injection moulding machines who is well known and highly accepted in the Hungarian market," says Siegfried Köhler, Senior Director Corporate Sales at Sumitomo (SHI) Demag. "With him, we will continue our consistent growth course. Above all, this includes the further expansion of our services and local consulting expertise." The local team in Törökbalint, near Budapest, takes care of technical application consulting, accompanies customer trials and provides rapid assistance such as machine and spare parts service or the short-term provision of stock machines.
"My main focus is to continue to provide our Hungarian customers with the best possible support in all aspects of machine technology, application technology, automation and customer service in order to enable them to achieve maximum success," says Nemes. "The sale of our Sumitomo (SHI) Demag machines and solutions not only marks the beginning of a long-term partnership.
