It is characterized by excellent metal adhesion and is electrically insulating. The adhesive is based on epoxy resin filled with aluminum oxide. It is one-component and can be processed using a dispenser, screen printing or spatula due to its flow properties.

As Elecolit 6607 cures at temperatures as low as 80 °C, even heat-sensitive components can be joined together. After curing, the adhesive insulates electrically and dissipates heat. It is suitable for bonding metal components and heat sinks to electronic circuit boards.
