Axelent protective fencing systems for machines, systems and robots have been developed in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines for functional protective devices.
X-Guard from Axelent is a flexible protective device that meets the requirements of the new Machinery Directive; Directive 2006/42/EC has been mandatory since December 29, 2009. The X-Guard safety fence system impresses with its flexibility and a large selection of system components.
With the Contour product variant, X-Guard is the first safety fence that is also available with angle dimensions of 45 and 90 degrees. The X-Guard fixed guard has the DGUV test mark of the German Employers' Liability Insurance Association for Wood and Metal (test number: MF 17017). Axelent, based in Stuttgart, celebrated its 25th anniversary in Germany in 2018. pb
