Robots for small to medium payloads
Kawasaki Robotics is exhibiting two 6-axis robots with a maximum payload of 7 kg at Automatica. The RS007N and RS007L models are the latest additions to the R-series, which is designed for payloads from 3 to 38 kg.
Both versions feature a redesigned arm structure. The weight of the main unit has also been reduced. These modifications enable faster acceleration and higher working speeds. The cantilever design of the upper arm section has increased the reach, which is 730 mm for the RS007N and 930 mm for the RS007L. The dustproof models meet the IP67 classification for the wrist and IP65 for the other axes. ag
