Rethink Robotics releases Intera 5.2
With the Intera 5.2 operating system, Rethink Robotics' collaborative robot named Sawyer provides employees and production managers with valuable data at a glance - including metrics such as cycle time, part count, speed and force applied.
The new extension provides companies with a wide range of data and analysis options. The new Intera Insights feature displays key performance indicators via a configurable dashboard on the robot's on-board display, making them directly available on the shop floor. The same data is also sent to the Intera Studio platform so that all members of the production team can view the data. The software enables more informed production decisions and saves companies time and money by eliminating the need to invest in or create another data collection system. ee
