The program aims to further develop and strengthen existing certified integrators and enter into new partnerships in key regions and industries. Customers are guaranteed a high level of advice, service and support for all EMEA markets. Three levels reflect the diversity of Kawasaki Robotics partners and offer incentive-based growth opportunities, with Certified Integrators and higher levels benefiting from preferential access to spare parts, service and support, as well as regular training, promotional materials, commercial support and privileged access to customer contacts - with additional benefits for the higher levels.

To become a Certified Integrator of Kawasaki Robotics EMEA, integrators must complete a comprehensive robotics training program, undergo an assessment process and commit to the manufacturer's standards. Maurizio Ravelli, Commercial Director of Kawasaki Robotics' Italian partner Tiesse Robot and the upcoming Southern Europe Hub, explains: "We want our integrators and partners to meet our highest standards. Our mission is to strengthen and develop their skills and improve their expertise." The Certified Integrator and Kawasaki Robotics will coordinate activities in defined areas such as sales, marketing and engineering.
