Kawasaki Robotics at the Interpack
Intuitive and easy to integrate
Kawasaki Robotics presented integrated and effective automation solutions for packing and palletizing tasks at Interpack in May. With K-Pall, Kawasaki offers a compact and powerful robot solution for fully automatic palletizing - easy to put into operation, space-saving and flexible.
K-Pall is tailored to the requirements of SMEs and makes the first step towards automating palletizing tasks simple, intuitive and effective. The partners CSB-System and Ecoma ensure the optimal integration of K-Pall so that all production-related information can be exchanged and managed with CSB's ERP system. This includes, for example, packing patterns, production orders, error statuses or order changes.
The result is seamless traceability with full process control - from the carton to the finished pallet. In addition to K-Pall, Kawasaki Robotics, Ecoma and CSB will be presenting the latest version of their tray packer solution developed for the food industry as part of a complete production line: price-marked and customer-specific labeled trays are captured by a camera system and picked up by a Kawasaki Robotics RS007L high-performance robot at 30 cycles per minute, grouped and packed in the designated trays.
