The new Robolink fulfills at least protection class IP44 and is therefore resistant to splash water. The robot is made of stainless steel and high-performance plastics. The connecting elements are made of V2 or V4 stainless steel and the joints are made of lubricant-free tribopolymers. An additional cover is not necessary.

The company states that the payload is up to 3 kg and the reach of the 5-axis robot is 790 mm. Seven picks per minute are possible. Thanks to the use of motors with IP65 protection class encoders, the robot can also be used for outdoor inspections. Other application scenarios include the food and beverage industry, the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors and tank and container cleaning.
