Configure low-cost gantry robots quickly online
In five minutes, the new portal configurator from Igus can be used to configure and program a portal robot online, carry out functional tests in augmented reality and download CAD data.
Connected to the robotics marketplace RBTX, it is easy to get started in low-cost automation.
Online configurator
The online configurator can be used to configure line, area and room gantries from the Drylin series. The user selects a linear gantry, specifies the stroke lengths and sees the 3D model of the gantry, which adapts to changes in real time, in a 360-degree view. They can also add the appropriate control system to the gantry.
A fixed price is immediately visible. CAD models and dimensioned drawings are available for download after configuration. It is also possible to program the robot by entering just a few parameters. As a digital twin, an animated 3D model visualizes the defined movements.
