Multi-magazine loading/unloading unit
The MLL 3P and MLU 3P board handling components from IPTE are designed as multi-magazine loading/unloading units for feeding production lines with PCBs or removing PCBs.
The central component of the units is a shuttle that places or removes a PCB. The transfer position of the machines from or to the production line is freely programmable in the Z and Y positions.
The units are robust and take up little space. A light barrier ensures safety when loading and removing the magazines. The operating status can be seen on the color touch screen, and all parameters and settings can be programmed via the screen. A diagnostic tool is also integrated. In the standard version, the MLL 3P and MLU 3P are designed for three magazines. They can be expanded for up to ten magazines.
