Deutsche Messe is once again presenting the Robotics Award on the occasion of Hannover Messe 2026. Applications from companies and institutions in Germany and abroad are now open - regardless of whether they are exhibiting at the trade fair. The award recognizes innovative robot-assisted solutions in the fields of automation and logistics.

The award ceremony will take place on February 25, 2026 as part of the Hannover Messe Press Preview on the exhibition grounds. The deadline for applications is November 1, 2025.

Every year, Deutsche Messe presents the Robotics Award to recognize technologies that have the potential to fundamentally and sustainably change industrial production. We are looking for market-ready applications with a high degree of innovation, industrial relevance and economic feasibility. An independent jury will nominate three finalists from the submissions.

The nominated projects will be presented to over 100 international journalists at the Press Preview - after which the winner will be announced. The award includes a comprehensive package of services: a presentation area in the Application Park at Hannover Messe, a presentation slot in the Robotics Forum and an interview in the Robotics Podcast.
