The balancer has been specially designed for handling when joining and assembling components, for example when assembling machines, apparatus and vehicles, when assembling components and subassemblies, when loading machine tools, when assembling engines, gearboxes and clutches and when changing tools, as well as for many other, mostly precise handling tasks.

While the balancer holds the workpiece in suspension, the operator can focus his full concentration on his work and precision. The Ezzflow offers maximum flexibility thanks to the option of programming deceleration times, returns and speeds directly on the local display. There are no jerky movements during the lifting and lowering process and no shock loads. Vibration-free operation is also guaranteed.

Electric and hydraulic
The Ezzflow is available in two different versions: Electric as "ezzFLOWsmart" or air-powered as "ezzFLOWpneumatic".

The compressed air version is a robust solution for many handling tasks, very fast thanks to the pneumatic control and particularly suitable for repetitive processes. The load range is 60 to 350 kilograms. An Atex version is also possible.

This is not possible with the electric version. However, its load range extends up to 1,000 kilograms. The programming of the electric control unit is developed and produced in Germany. This allows maximum flexibility for customer-specific adaptations. A wide range of programming options allow integration into the higher-level control system of the production line and precise adaptation to the handling task.

All variants of the Ezzflow are equipped with optimized load handling attachments according to customer requirements. The right load handling attachment (LAM) is crucial to ensure that the relevant components can be picked up safely, easily and quickly. The balancers are mounted on the existing or new support system.
